By accessing or using Article Generator (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Article Generator is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate SEO-optimized articles. Features include topic research, article generation, content editing, CMS publishing (WordPress, Shopify, webhooks), CTA widgets, and scheduling automation.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must create an account to use the Service. You may register with an email and password or through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service is offered under the following paid subscription tiers: Starter ($49/mo), Growth ($99/mo), Pro ($199/mo), and Business ($399/mo), along with a limited free tier. A complete feature comparison is available on our Pricing page.

• Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 14 days at levi@mysteremedia.com.
• Price changes:We may adjust pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. AI-Generated Content

Articles produced by the Service are generated by artificial intelligence and should be treated as drafts. Important disclaimers:

• AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors. You should review and edit all content before publishing.
• We do not guarantee that generated content will rank in search engines, drive traffic, or produce specific business outcomes.
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish to your website, including verifying factual claims, legal compliance, and suitability for your audience.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from the publication of AI-generated content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate spam, misleading content, or content designed to manipulate search engines in violation of their guidelines
• Produce illegal, defamatory, harassing, or harmful content
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the underlying models, algorithms, or source code of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Resell access to the Service without our written authorization
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

7. Intellectual Property

Your content: You retain ownership of all articles and content generated through your use of the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your inputs solely for the purpose of generating content on your behalf.

Our platform: The Article Generator platform, including its design, code, branding, and proprietary algorithms, is owned by MysterE Media. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the Service as described here.

8. CMS Access & Publishing

When you connect your CMS (WordPress, Shopify, or a custom webhook), you authorize us to publish, update, or manage content on your website on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to publish content to any CMS you connect. We are not responsible for any disruption to your website caused by CMS publishing actions you configure.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control, including third-party AI provider outages. No service level agreement (SLA) is provided with any subscription tier.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MysterE Media and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before or within 30 days after account termination by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
